Partnered with Birchino Winery out of Santa Cruz, Restaurant 1833 in Monterey, and set in the lush Besson Family Vineyards on a warm June evening, guests enjoyed a six course meal, pairing every dish with wine. Every detail aligned perfectly providing an evening that attendees will never forget.
